  • We use software ABRA Flexibee or Stormware Pohoda.
  • Founder of the UCTO IP s.r.o. Mrs. Ivana Paleckova is a lector in taxation and accounting since the year 1994 on public courses.
  • The leader of the accounting department is Michal Palecek, he has an experience of working in the international corporation Mazars s.r.o.
  • UCTO IP s.r.o. has an agreement of partnership with a tax consultant and an audit corporation.
  • UCTO IP s.r.o. has contracted professional liability insurance.

  • Preparation of documents and processing of the VAT returns.
  • Processing of the Payroll Accounting – monthly.
  • Reporting of Accounting – by the agreement.
  • Preparation of documents and processing of the Road tax declaration.
  • Preparation of documents and processing of the Dependant activities.
  • Preparation of documents and processing of the Withholding tax declaration.
  • Closing of books at the balance sheet day incl. establishment of tax liability.
  • Processing of Income tax, Balance sheet, Profit and loss sheet, Appendix to financial statements.
  • Preparation of documents for the audit of financial statements.
  • By the agreement with our clients, employees pick up the accounting documents or client can deliver the documents directly to our office or client may leave the documents at the reception in the building where the office is located.
  • After accounting process we deliver all the documents back to the client. The client archives documents by himself.
